Terms of Use

Out of Town Camps: An additional $15 fee per class package will be added to cover mileage for camps offered outside of London.
Attendance Policies: Always consult your health care provider before beginning any exercise program.
When can I start: You are welcome to join at any time. Programs run all year long. There will be times throughout the year in which classes will not run (i.e. statutory holidays and other obligations). Ample notice will be provided in advance on the website.
Payment: Acceptable forms of payment are cash or cheque,. Payment is due the first day in which you begin your package.  There will be a $25.00 fee charged for NSF cheques. If payment is not received at this time it will be due immediately by the next class you attend. Participation will be suspended if payment is delinquent more than 2 classes.  Keep in mind that my livelihood is dependent on your payment. You are seeking out a service like any other business you would frequent.

Missed Classes: Missed class/make up policy allows any missed classes to be made up at any of the locations ………so you will always be able to attend classes anywhere!

Unlimited Class Participation Pass: Pass holders will be provided with a start and end date upon registration. You are entitled to attend as many and/or any programs offered for Boot Camp participants prior to the expiration of you membership. There are no “missed classes” for Unlimited Class Participation Pass holders.  Fee can be paid in 2-3 instalments.

Refunds: Refunds will only be given within one week of starting a program. After this time a credit note will be issued redeemable towards any future programs offered by Evolution Fitness.

Vouchers, Coupons, Discounts:  Cannot be combined with any other offer.

Free Trial Class:  New participants are entitled to join in 1 free introductory class to see if the program is something you will enjoy.

Referrals: For each person you refer to any Evolution program and they join you will receive a $20 credit VOUCHER TO USE TOWARDS YOUR NEXT PACKAGE PURCHASE.
