Boot Camp Programs


Kick Boxing Boot Camp (mat required)
A high-energy-calorie-burning class using drill based kickboxing exercises, involving kicks, jabs, punches, skipping, resistance training and sparring all set to upbeat music. This class is the perfect combination of boxing and cardiovascular training to help increase your speed, agility and strength.

Stability Ball Boot Camp (mat, hand weights and stability ball required)
If you get bored easily then this is the class for you! Burn fat and sculpt your body with a blend of cardio and strength-training methodologies using a variety of different types of exercises to get a strong, sleek body.

Ladies Boot Camp (hand weights and mat required)
A great way to efficiently work your entire body by moving from one exercise to another with minimal rest. Calisthenics, push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, hill work, resistance training and more. Your challenge is to push your body to its limit…..you work…you sweat…and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy.

Coed Boot Camp (hand weights and mat required)
Come with your spouse, a friend or on your own. A great way to efficiently work your entire body by moving from one exercise to another with minimal rest.
