Acceptable forms of payment are cash or cheque (payable to Evolution Fitness). Payment is due the first day in which you begin your package.  There will be a $25.00 fee charged for NSF cheques. If payment is not received at this time it will be due immediately by the next class you attend. Participation will be suspended if payment is delinquent more than 2 classes.  Keep in mind that my livelihood is dependent on your payment. You are seeking out a service like any other business you would frequent.
