Calisthenics, push-ups, jumping jacks, crunches, resistance training and more. Your challenge is to push your body to its limit…..you work…you sweat…and, best of all, you burn calories like crazy. A seventy-five minute class including workout for Mom with baby, resistance training for mom, songs, group discussions from time to time. Mat & hand weights required.

Mom & Baby Abs, Butt & Thigh Indoor Stroller Fit (hand weights and mat required)

Expect the unexpected as we target the lower half of the body combining continuous, intense movements to improve functional strength, balance and core strength all while redesigning your body. Babies will be incorporated into the workout for added resistance and bonding with mom.
