Mom & Baby Fitness

Moms and babies… come experience a truly unique program in which you get to exercise with your baby. Unlike traditional classes where babies are placed in a snugly, in my programs babies are incorporated into the routine. Not only will this provide a wonderful bonding opportunity for mom and baby but it also ensures a consistent progressively challenging workout for mom. Forget about feeling guilty leaving your baby in child minding while you go and have your workout. Babies stay in the same room only a few feet away for the entire program. Classes included a dynamic warm up using babies, followed by an intense multileveled workout just for mom and conclude with bringing baby back in for core work, stretching and songs. Bridal Fitness Training

Most couples are photographed more on their wedding day than any other single day in their lives. Every bride wants to look her best on her wedding day. I can help you to achieve the sleek, lean and sexy look you want. You’ll  feel great with this boot camp style workout class guaranteed to have you looking your best by the wedding day. By doing a combination of strength, core, and cardio exercises, you’ll tone, tighten and strengthen your body so that you look stunning in any dress!

Urban Pole Walking

Independent research proves that Nordic pole walking will cause you to burn more calories and enhance the body’s natural fat burning capabilities. Our poles also help you to reduce the impact on your lower joints and engage your core muscles and upper body while walking.
Nordic pole walking gives you more than 1800 abdominal contractions per mile and increases your caloric intake by 20% over regular walking.

Our poles let you maximize your time. 30 minutes of Nordic pole walking is equivalent to 50 minutes of walking without poles.
