Personal Motivations to Exercise:

I have a passion regarding health and fitness. I exercise to be healthy and to better meet the challenges of daily living. Exercise provides the best quality of life possible. I also view it as an investment in my future- use it or lose it!

Current Fitness and Diet Regime:

I keep my exercise routine well rounded by combining a variety of strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility methodologies into my workouts. I follow a healthy balanced diet; drink plenty of water and green tea. When I want to indulge…..I do….IN MODERATION….then go for a good run.

Exercise Philosophy:

Exercise not only feels good but also reduces the risk of developing  lifestyle related diseases (stroke, heart attack, diabetes). Regular exercise is also vital to ensuring that our bodies perform their best. Exercise tests one’s will power, self-discipline, and perseverance, and ultimately makes one stronger mentally as much as physically. I love that.

It is vital to remember that an exercise program must be combined with proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to maximize your health benefits.
